Kierrätyskartta is an iOS app that lets you search for regional collection points for household waste across Finland. The app is maintained by an independent developer and is not affiliated with any official organization.

Responsible Actors

For clarification regarding the services and data provided by Kierrätyskartta:

• App Developer: The Kierrätyskartta developer is responsible for maintaining the app, providing support, and addressing any technical issues or questions about the app itself.
• Data Provider: Collection point information is provided by Finnish Kiertovoima ry (KIVO). KIVO maintains the online service that provides the recycling point data.
• Service Providers: Municipal waste facilities, producer organizations, and private waste management companies are responsible for operating recycling services and maintaining the accuracy of collection point data.

The developer strives to keep the app and data up-to-date, but cannot guarantee all content is accurate, complete, or current at all times, as the underlying data is maintained by third parties.
